Doc went to Hooters. So naturally he wasn't in shape to do the show. Cookie did a great job filling in. She tried her best to do the show just like Doc would have if wasn't passed out on Hooters booze. Sam cooks crawfish etoufee'. Cookie tells us about life on the bayou. It is kind of scary.
